Testimonials of People Making Money
from Real Estate Business in Nigeria

Learning from the experiences of other people play a major part in becoming successful in any line of business. The real estate business is equally not left out in this regard. Consequently, in order for you to be successful in the real estate business in Nigeria, you need to study the practical experiences of existing real estate consultants or agents in the business.

In the opening paragraph of this page, we saw how Karo Itoje made over N3 million from the real estate business in just six months. But, that is chicken change compared to the money another real estate consultant made within the same period in the example below.

This real example testimonial below show you just how easily you can make a lot of money very fast from the real estate business in Nigeria.

how to become a successful real estate agent in nigeria

One of my fellow real estate consultants, who I will simply refer to as Tina, got a client who bought 70 plots of land recently from one of our partner real estate companies in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

The price per plot for that particular estate is 7 million Naira. 70 plots is 490 million Naira.

Now, let’s do some arithmetic!

Please multiply N490 million by 15%.

What did you arrive at? Did you get N73,500,000?

Yes and that is what Tina earned as commission from that single deal. She earned a whooping commission of 73.5 million Naira on that single transaction.

IMAGINE THAT!!!

JUST ONE TRANSACTION AND TINA MADE OVER N73 MILLION FROM THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS! WONDERFUL!

Meanwhile, some level 14 civil servants in Nigeria do not earn up to N100,000 in a month. Hence, it will take them over 70 years to earn that money at a million naira per annum. But remember that you cannot work beyond 35 years in the civil service. It invariably means that money is more than enough to pay at least two level 14 civil servants for 35 years work. Imagine!

So, which is better – working for government or working for yourself doing real estate business in Nigeria? Working for yourself, of course!

And to think that Tina made all that mouth-watering money with zero investment of her own and without spending a dime or paying anything to start is simply mind-staggering!

How did she do it?

Yes, how did Tina become so successful in the real estate business in Nigeria?

Well, she took advantage of every opportunity possible to advertise the real estate business in Nigeria – online and offline. Using word of mouth advertising, Tina told everyone who cared to listen about the various real estate landed and other properties for sale in Ibeju Lekki and other parts of Lagos. She invited her friends, neighbours, colleagues and everyone she knew to invest in the real estate properties which we promote.

Nevertheless, she did not restrict herself to only people she knew. She also applied content / digital marketing to her real estate business too. She advertised extensively through her personal online blog, other websites and marketing  on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and even YouTube.

With such an extensive marketing plan and strategies, is it any wonder that Tina was able to land such a huge sale within such a short period of time? Most certainly not!

That is the beauty of online business. You are able to operate without the limitation of physical location. You can be outside the country and be doing business in Nigeria. Hence, the key to such success with the real estate business in Nigeria is applying content / digital marketing strategies.

Another sterling testimonial of the genuineness of the money making potentials of the real estate business in Lagos, Nigeria is that of my junior brother, Samson Itoje. He is the owner of the real estate website – lagosnigeria-real-estate-advisor.com. The website was registered over eleven years ago on August 27, 2006.

Like so many other online / digital marketers, Samson was engaged in a “9 to 5” paid employment for several years alongside his real estate business. But, it got to a point that he had to sack his boss and concentrate fully on his online / digital marketing business.

He has been out of paid employment for over seven years now and his real estate business has been the sole source of his monthly income. Samson has made a living and catered adequately for his family of 6 through online / digital marketing. Though based in Lagos, he has sold various real estate properties, digital and other products to customers in Abuja, Kano, Jos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Lagos, among others.

Speaking on the secret which accounted for his rapid success online, he said that the internet (and social media) enabled him to reach all kinds of customers / buyers irrespective of where they live and irrespective of where he himself live. Diversification of his income sources was also fundamental to his success on the internet.

Do you now see why you should take internet marketing seriously and start an online business today? I am certain you do!

Become a Real Estate Consultant TODAY!

What are you waiting for to become a real estate consultant?

Waste no time. Become a real estate consultant today!

Indeed, the above testimonies should serve as enough evidence that you can actually make money from the real estate business in Nigeria – irrespective of your location. And if you were thinking that “Oh, I do not reside in Lagos. So, I cannot join the business.”, then you better have a rethink.real estate multi level marketing

So many real estate consultants are operating and closing land deals from outside Lagos. Hence, location and distance should not serve as a barrier to you in this real estate business. As a matter of fact, it is a challenge only for those who feel that the real estate business is not for them simply because they do not reside within Lagos.

On the other hand, if you are one of our real estate consultants who have been working very hard in the real estate business, but are yet to make a sale, the above testimonials should serve as a huge boost, tonic and motivation for you.

Please, do not be discouraged. Continue to push harder and press on. Keep preaching the gospel and never let distance be a barrier in your real estate business. Your day of celebration will surely come. Believe me. As a matter of fact, it is just around the corner.

“Not Another Real Estate Scam!”

“Oh no! Not another real estate business scam! I need PROOF! Show me bank alerts screenshots, bank statements, video testimonials, any kind of proof – before I believe!”

Is that how you feel about the real estate business in Nigeria? If so, I do not blame you. With so many online business scams everywhere, one cannot be too careful.

But carefulness is one thing. A closed mind is something else altogether. That is where cautious investors and business men are different from perpetually doubting Thomases.

Indeed, the doubting Thomases will not believe the testimonials above. They will want to see “proof”.

They are like Thomas Didymus who, when he was told by the other disciples “We have seen the Lord!”, said “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.” (John 20:25; The New International Version)

These doubting Thomases say: “Unless I see screenshots of the alerts of payments and photocopies of bank statements showing proof of payment by the real estate companies, I will not believe it! In fact, it is a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!”

Frankly speaking, this set of people are like a badly playing team in a football competition who on seeing that they are losing a game of football keep shouting “Foul! Foul! Foul!” to every valid goal that the opponent keeps scoring them.

Need Proof? Not this Guy! H3

Those who know my style know that I do not like showing the “Thomas Didymus” kind of proof. In our biblical example above, can you recollect what the master asked Thomas after he appeared to him and allowed Thomas to touch the holes in his sides and two hands?

To convince Thomas that he had actually risen from the dead, Jesus Christ told him: “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.” Thomas said to him: “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:27,28)

After that, what did the master tell him?

Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” (John 20:29; New International Version)

Indeed, to borrow the master’s words, blessed are those who have not seen bank alerts screenshots and bank statements as proof that the real estate business is real, legitimate and genuine and yet have believed!

Frankly speaking, the master went to great lengths to make Thomas Didymus believe that he had indeed arisen from the dead. He had to take on the same body he was buried in just to convince Thomas of his resurrection. Imagine that!

But, I will not do that for three simple reasons, as follows:

1. Like Thomas Didymus, those who will not believe, will not believe – even if I present a million proofs. But, those who will believe, will believe – even without a single proof.

2. For security reasons: As you are obviously aware, Nigeria has become a very wonderful place to live in with billionaire kidnapper Evans’ cronies roaming the streets for their “daily bread” and means of survival. Lol

3. Scammers use the same method to deceive the unwary. They use cleverly cropped images, rented apartments and cars, with hi-tech and stunning HD edited videos to show “proof” that their online business is legit and genuine.

As a matter of fact, it was scammers who originally began the use of this method to present “proof” to unwary and unsuspecting victims before others followed suit.

Consequently, I have stopped showing that kind of “proof” for the above three reasons. After all, the other disciples of Jesus who did not see the resurrected Jesus believed in his resurrection. However, millions of others of his own people who rejected him and had him killed do not still believe in his resurrection till this day.

Real Estate in Nigeria – The New Gold
